TODAY'S WOMAN "TW MAGAZINE FITNESS CHALLENGE" 2015

TW Magazine’s annual fitness challenge is back!

The 3-month challenge was created to help participants lose weight and jump-start their journey to a healthy and fit lifestyle. Participants in the 12-week intensive program will have hands on support from professional nutritionists and fitness trainers with weekly classes at Luv me n My fitness studios, Marina, Lagos.

TW is kicking off in January 2015, just in time for your New Year’s resolutions and best of all, it’s completely FREE!

At the end of the challenge the top 3 winners will be awarded exciting prizes and featured in the magazine.

Are you:
A woman aged 21 – 66 years old?
Would you like to shed some extra weight and achieve your fitness goals?
Are you based in Lagos?
If you answered yes to all 3 send two full-length pictures of what you currently look like and share why you should be choosen for the fitness challenge!
