HOW TO PARTICIPATE ONLINE
STEP 1 – Upload a picture or video of you showing your talent. Pictures (talent should be written in caption area) and Video (talent should be shown on video)
STEP 2 – Upload on Infinix’s Facebook page as comment under the activity pinned post with the hashtag #InfinixHot6Star or on Instagram, Twitter with the same hashtag, and include your unique hashtag #InfinixAmaka I.e. Infinix and your name, then your location.
STEP 3 – Let your friends push your entry to have highest engagement as this is part of the key thing to win.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE OFFLINE
STEP 1 – Walk into any Infinix authorized outlet and buy Infinix Hot 6 or Hot 6 pro
STEP 2– Take a picture of you, your new device and including the Infinix promoter and upload using #InfinixHot6Star and include your unique hashtag #InfinixAmaka
I.e. Infinix and your name, then your location Upload your entry on Infinix’s Facebook page as comment under the activity pinned post with the hashtag #InfinixHot6Star or on Instagram, Twitter with the hashtag #InfinixHot6Star, Xclub with the Caption InfinixHot6Star and include your unique hashtag #InfinixAmaka I.e. Infinix and your name, then your location.
Tag your friends to let it be engaged to stand higher chances of winning. Note that for offline entries, they get an automatic chance to the offline audition.
Terms and Conditions for #InfinixHot6Star Online Activity
By participating in any of our competitions, entrants agree to be bound by the rules set out below (which may be amended or varied at any time without notice). The responsibility is on participants to acquaint themselves periodically with the rules/terms.
a) #InfinixHot6Star Online Activity is open to everyone who is a legal citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
b) Participants are required to take a selfie picture of them Take a picture of you, your new device and the Infinix promoter and upload using #InfinixHot6Star and include your unique hashtag #InfinixAmaka I.e. Infinix and your name, then your location.
Those participating offline are required to visit any authorized INFINIX outlet and buy any of the Hot 6 series < ………>. They are required to take a picture of themselves, their phone and a Smart Ambassador and Upload their picture on Facebook as comment under the pinned post or on Instagram, and Twitter with the hashtag #InfinixHot6Star. offline entries, they get an automatic chance to the offline audition
c) For every Entry, participants agree that they are the original owner of the picture uploaded and shall indemnify Infinix Mobile Nigeria for any claim by any third party arising from their entry.
d) This activity commences on 19th May, 2018 and closes on May the 28th, 2018. All entries must be completed no later than 11:59pm on May 27th, 2018. No entry received after this time will be considered.
e) Infinix Mobile Nigeria reserves the right to select winners and disqualify erring participants.
g) Winners must possess a valid form of identification which includes, but not limited to, International Passport (compulsory for prizes involving international travel), Drivers’ License, and the National ID card. h) Winners agree to co-operate with Infinix Mobile Nigeria in any post-event publicity where they may be required to appear on television or radio, or in printed and online publications, for which no fee will be payable.
i) Infinix Mobile Nigeria will not divulge the database of entries received to any 3rd party except in litigation.
j) Infinix Mobile Nigeria reserves the right,any time, to verify the validity of any part of an entry and participant (including a participant’s identity, age and place of residence, authenticity of activity) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Infinix Mobile Nigeria to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
k) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law and except as stated in these Terms and Conditions, Infinix Mobile Nigeria (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity).
l) Employees of Infinix Mobile Nigeria online (or any of its group companies or affiliates/sponsors), or anyone associated with this cause cannot participate in this activity.
