HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Each week, we will call fans to participate in specific football and football related skills that will earn them the opportunity to qualify to win our branded gifts and the ultimate prize of the Golden Ball.
STEP 1 – Upload a picture or video of you showing your football and football related skills and talents on any social media platform of your choice
STEP 2 – Use the hashtag #InfinixGoldenSeason and share a brief summary of the skills you are displaying
STEP 3 – Get your friends to like, comment and share your post so as to give you a higher chance of winning the weekly prize and to qualify you for a chance to win the grand prize of the Golden Ball
Terms and Conditions for #InfinixGoldenSeason Competition
By participating in any of our competitions, entrants agree to be bound by the rules set out below (which may be amended or varied at any time without notice).
The responsibility is on participants to acquaint themselves periodically with the rules/terms.
a) participants are not to mention any brand of entity in the video they will upload (e.g. World Cup, FIFA, Super Eagles, Russia 2018, etc.)
b) # InfinixGoldenSeason Online competition is open to everyone who is a legal citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
c) Participants are required to upload a video of themselves displaying the football skill or related skill that will be call for each week
d) Entrants are to look out for the specific skills that will be called for and upload the video to suit that skill.
e) You can enter to participate in all the skills that will be called as long as you abide by all the rules above.
f) For every Entry, participants agree that they are the original owner of the video uploaded and shall indemnify Infinix Mobile Nigeria for any claim by any third party arising from their entry.
g) This activity commences on 19th June 2018 and closes will be communicated via a social media post from our verified accounts. All entries must be completed no later than 11:59 pm on the communicated date. No entry received after this time will be considered.
h) Infinix Mobile Nigeria reserves the right to select winners and disqualify erring participants.
i) Winners must possess a valid form of identification which includes, but not limited to, International Passport (compulsory for prizes involving international travel), Drivers’ License, and the National ID card.
j) Winners agree to co-operate with Infinix Mobile Nigeria in any post-event publicity where they may be required to appear on television or radio, or in printed and online publications, for which no fee will be payable.
i) Infinix Mobile Nigeria will not divulge the database of entries received to any 3rd party except in litigation.
j) Infinix Mobile Nigeria reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any part of an entry and participant (including a participant’s identity, age and place of residence, authenticity of activity) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Infinix Mobile Nigeria to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
k) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law and except as stated in these Terms and Conditions, Infinix Mobile Nigeria (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity).
