On 24th of November, 1859, Charles Darwin published his book ‘On the Origin of Species’, which gave several theories on evolution of living things (including us). Evolution is the long term (over generations) change of the characteristics (physical and behavioural) living thing due to environment factors.
Based on the theories of evolution, it was proposed that we human beings evolved from apes of which monkeys are one popular species.
