Canoe Laundry, #ALIVE Easter Contest. Win Vouchers.

These general conditions apply to participants in the Easter ‘ALIVE’ Contest. By participating in this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Promoter is PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC.
2. This contest is open to all Nigerians – directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Promoter. The marketing service providers of any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members are exempted. 

Promotional Period 

1. The competition will begin on the 28th March, 2018 and end on the 4th April, 2018 at 11:59pm.
2. Any entries/answers received after the closing date will not be considered. The contest is only valid for this period.

Participation 

1. Follow Canoe Laundry Nigeria on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
2. Read and answer carefully all questions.
3. Tag your friends to join the contest.
4. This challenge is only on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
5. Multiple answers will not be counted.

Winners & Prizes 

1. You stand a chance of winning by answering correctly at least 5 of the 6 questions that will be asked on the brand’s social media pages.
2. Only THREE winners will be chosen from the pool of participants.
3. Any declaration or announcement of Winners by Canoe Laundry shall be final and uncontested. 
4. Winners of the challenge will be announced on the Canoe Laundry’s social media pages. Winners will be contacted through their Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account. The names of the winners, once contacted, will be published on social media.
5. All winners will be required to provide their names and contact details using a valid identification document such as international passport, National ID card, School Certificates or any other document in the same range as stated.
6. Use of awarded prize is at the expense and risk of the winner. The Promoter cannot be held liable for use of the prize by the winner(s).
7. Mode of prize delivery/collection to be agreed on by the Canoe Laundry Nigeria team and the winner/participants. Final decision to be made by the Canoe Laundry team. 
8. Participants must be Lagos residents or have family members/friends residing in the state to assist with redeeming prizes at the collection point.
9. In the event that the prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value. 

Post Event Publicity 

1. All entries upon receipt shall become the exclusive property of PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC. Submission of entries by participants constitutes permission for PZ Cussons Nigeria to use submitted entries for editorial, advertising or promotional, research and profiling purposes without further compensation or liability. 
2. The Promoter reserves the right to use the images taken of the winner for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without further remuneration being made payable to the winner. 
3. The participants consent to the processing of personal data and post event publicity in connection with the participation in the contest. The Promoter may add the personal information to its database, provide personal data to third parties involved in the promotion (including but not limited to suppliers, advertisers and sponsors etc.) 

General 

1. The Promoter shall have the right to change or terminate the contest immediately and without notice. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this contest and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents.
2. Neither the Promoter, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers nor employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant. 
3. The Promoter has the right to use pictures and any material submitted for the purpose of this contest for marketing purposes after the duration of the contest.
4. If one or more of these terms and conditions are void and invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
5. Any questions, complaints or comments about the contest can be made in writing and sent as an inbox message to the Canoe Laundry’s Facebook page. 
6. Individuals with any criminal records are NOT meant to participate in this contest.
7. By submitting your entry, it means that you have agreed to the above terms and conditions of the Canoe Laundry Nigeria team in regards to the ALIVE Competition.
