ELIGIBILITY:
1. To be eligible for the prize draw, all entrants must at the time of entering be Nigerian residents aged 18 or over and be a fan of the Carlo Rossi wine Facebook page. This prize draw is not open to employees of E. & J. Gallo Winery, Media Perspectives, or their families, agents or any other third party or person professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To be entered in the prize draw, entrants must guess correctly the wine wrapped in all 3 posts uploaded by Carlo Rossi. Entry must be via the comments sections on each individual post.
 3. The competition is open from 2pm on the 8th of December to 11:59pm on the 19th of December, 2016. 
4.  In entering the Competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions and all entry instructions.
  5. No bulk entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries and withhold any prizes which may have been won if it believes that an entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions and reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if necessary.

7. Entrants who guess the right answer on all 3 posts will be entered into the draw. There will be one (1) prize draw from these entries and one (1) winner will be selected at random.
8. Winner will receive one FREE case of any Carlo Rossi wine of their choice. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the case of unavailability. The prize cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged or amended and there is no cash alternative offered for the Prize.
9. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained by any entrants as a result of participation in the promotion or use of the Prize. The Promoter does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties associated with the promotion and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party. The Promoter will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control.
 PRIZE DRAW CLOSING DATES & TIMES:
10. The final closing date for posting comments is 11:59PM on Monday 19th December 2016. There will be one prize draw conducted on Tuesday, 20th of December 2016.
 WINNERS:
11. The winner of the prize will be selected from all eligible entries and based on the promoter’s discretion
12. The winner will be notified on Wednesday the 21st of December via a private Facebook message. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact them, but if he/she fails to claim the prize within 24 hours of the Facebook message notification, he or she will forfeit the prize and a re-selection will be made from entries to select a new winner.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to use and feature the name of the prize draw winner for any promotional activities or marketing communications for a period of one year from the Competition close date without any compensation to the winners.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
