Hello All; The Cyberpower product (Batteries for the inverter) sold in Abuja are defrauding Nigeria.
I bought two batteries and 1.5kVA inverter and the only duration that i get is only 3hours after fully charged.
I have a 6 months warranty, but they have refused to honor thier part of the agreement.
Dear All;
Make sure you test the batteries with a testing device and measure the voltages before taking them out of their office. The voltage on each of the batteries must be greater than 12V each (since they claim its fully charged and factory produced).
There is a bad experience already and this would be brought to a logically conclusion.
