Easy Taxi Nigeria Announces T-Shirt Design Contest to Mark Its Ist Anniversary.

Lagos, Nigeria – August 12 2014 – It’s been 12 months of blood, sweat and tears for the Easy Taxi team in Nigeria who have persistently carried the torch of the global taxi requesting service and lighting up the cities of Lagos and Abuja in a bid to change the face of transportation in the country.

With a fleet of energetic and passionate drivers who have become like family, easy taxi Nigeria continues to safely transport users from location to destination conveniently and in good time!

To celebrate, the leading taxi requesting service will be rolling out a series of activities to reward its users, one of which is a t-shirt design competition. Graphic designers and illustrators are being given the opportunity to show the stuff they’re made of by sending in designs for a cool, trendy easy taxi t-shirt. 

This competition which will run from the 12th of August through the 25th of August 2014 will see the winner’s design being printed as the official easy taxi anniversary t-shirt and also walk away with a month’s worth of free taxi rides. The first and second runners up will not be left out as they will also be rewarded for sending in their ideas. Participants interested are required to send in their design ideas to easytaxing@easytaxi.com.ng

Easy Taxi Nigeria T-Shirt Design Competition (Terms & Conditions) After the Jump Break.

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions:

1. The competition is known as the Easy Taxi Nigeria T-Shirt Design Competition 2014.

2. The competition is open to all graphic artists, sketch artists and illustrators.

3. A person can enter more than once, but each entry must be sent separately.

4. Each entry must be the original work of the participant and the participant warrants that he/she is the original creator of the work entered.

5. The competition opens on Tuesday 12th August 2014 and closes Monday 25th August 2014.

6. All entries should be sent to Easytaxing@easytaxi.com.ng

7. No responsibility is taken for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.

8. The winning entry becomes the property of Easy Taxi Nigeria physically and in terms of intellectual property and copyrights. Easy Taxi Nigeria can utilise or amend entries in any manner they deem fit.

9. Easy Taxi Nigeria reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

10. All participants consent to the use of their names, photographs and designs for promotional or publicity purposes in connection with this competition and for future promotion and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

11. All participants must agree to be available for publicity purposes.

12. The winning design will be printed as the official Easy Taxi Nigeria 1st Anniversary T-Shirt

13. By entering each prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which may be amended at any time by Easy Taxi Nigeria.

DESIGN
14. Design must be NEAT.

15. Entries must be uploaded as a pdf/gif/jpeg format. If your entry is shortlisted, Easy Taxi Nigeria may request a high resolution artwork file to be printed onto a T-shirt.

16. The design can be for the front and/or back of the T-shirt and based on the assumption that it would be printed on a black/yellow/white-based round/V-neck T-shirt.

17. Implementation of the design should be in print only, and the design should not require further embellishments (e.g. buttons, sewn-on fabric etc).
