there was an issue with the bank that is sterling bank. but the issue has been resolved. kindly visit an sterling bank closest to you and your cash would be redeemed. where you have any challenges, visit any etisalat office closest to you for assistance.

for the guy that won the cash. sterling was having an issue aligning with etisalat. you can go to any sterling bank now to redeem your cash. if you have any challenges, you can go to the nearest etisalat office to complain. hope this helps you.
