SKS Little Picasso Terms and Conditions. Quick Checklist – Rules of entry


1. Entrants should include the following information (IN BLOCK CAPITALS) with their submission
A Name
B Age
C Parent or own email address
D Telephone number
E Category and title of entry.


2. Entrants can only be in one category as illustrated below:
A Toddlers 3-5 years old
B Kiddies 6-9 years old
C Pre-teens 10-13 years old
D Teens 14-17 years old

3. Submissions for the art contest will begin on 4th May 2015, and will close on 4th June 2015. If your entry is received after this date it will not be submitted to the judges.


4. The Little Picasso Competition is open to all SKS customers aged between 3 – 17 years old.


5. Your entry should be submitted in flat format and should remain within the specified size guidelines.


6. The Judging Panel is responsible for the allocation of awards and the decision of the Chairman of the Judging Panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into 
regarding that decision.


7. All entries together with the artists’ details (name, age or town) may be used in publicity campaigns (Including press, social media, calendars, cards, posters and other point of sale materials) for this year’s Competition and for future Competitions. Photographs of the winners together with their names and ages may be used in publicity campaigns where the parents or guardians of the winners have given their consent.


8. The rules of the Competition may not be changed or modified and will strictly be applied.


9. All personal information supplied will be used by GTBank.


10. Each artist may submit one piece of art along with a written summary describing the art.


11. All submitted art will be reviewed, and selected art will be featured in an online exhibition on the GTBank gallery.


12. Art media may include painting or drawing.


13. Art of diverse cultural and aesthetic traditions and styles is welcome.


14. The artwork size limit is 84 inches (213 cm) in the longest dimension.


15. Submitted artwork must have been completed and submitted by 6pm Thursday 4th June 2015.


16. Art will be judged on artistic merit, originality, thematic alignment and innovation.


17. Winners in the various categories will be communicated to via telephone and e-mail by a GTBank staff and announced to the general public via publications in the national dailies and other print materials.
