When uploading your video content as part of this Guinness promotion, you hereby grant the agency/client, and any licensees or assignees, the absolute right to use the personal information and content you provide and any other reproductions or adaptions, but only for the product or brand name above, across all media, worldwide, in perpetuity. Campaign opens March 22nd 2014 and closes 11th May 2014.

In order to enter the competition, you must visit www.facebook.com/guinnessvip (in Nigeria), www.facebook.com/guinnesskenya (in Kenya), www.facebook.com/Guinness.Cm(in Cameroon) and www.facebook.com/Guinness.Gh (in Ghana). You will be able to upload your video directly onto the wall of the page by using the Photo/Video post option. Entrants must also comply with the local countries age restrictions in order to enter the competition.

The prize available is for the video content uploaded to the Guinness VIP Facebook page to be used in a future Guinness TV Commercial. The promoter will decide which videos are suitable and will contact you via Facebook if you have been selected. At which point you will need to confirm your full name, age and hometown. Only people above LPA in each market will be considered.

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, nor associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to the Promoter, not Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the Promotion unless you have agreed to its use for any other purpose.
