The Lucky Dip competition is open to all Nigerian residents who are in possession of a valid identity document, except employees of the promoter, their associated companies, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families.
All participants must be over the age of 13 years.
This competition is open from 9 June 2014 until 30 June 2014. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Prize draws will take place at the end of the competition period. The Promoters reserve the right to change the date of prize date without notification.
The 5 winners will be chosen at the discretion of the promoter at the end of the competition on the 4th of July.
To enter the competition the participants must download the Intel Explore & Learn marketplace and SMS the unique code received after download along with their name, age, mobile number and address to +234 8168264506.
The winners will be notified telephonically. If, however, they cannot be reached within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the competition rules.
The 5 x Fonepad 7 prizes are not exchangeable for cash and not transferable.
The Promoter reserves the right to use the images taken of the winner or staff for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without any further remuneration being made payable to the winner.
The competition organisers will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery of the prizes.
In the event that the prize/s are/is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents and promoters.
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
