Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by them.
- The competition is only open to Facebook or Twitter users aged 18 years and over, residing in Nigeria
- This competition is not open to employees or partners of Intel, their families or agencies
- The competition will run from 21 – 31 December 2015
- To enter the competition, entrants must submit an original photograph of the perfect 2 in 1 combo, or two products which work better as one. Pictures must be submitted to the Intel Nigeria Facebook page or @IntelWestAfrica Twitter page using the hashtag #BestofBothWorlds
- Entries not meeting all of these requirements will not be considered for entry
- By entering the competition, you hereby grant Intel and its affiliates the right to publish your Facebook or Twitter username, your caption and your photograph in online and offline media for this competition. All entries will be viewable on the Intel Nigeria Facebook page
- By submitting your entry into this competition you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge: (A)your entry is your own original work; and (B) your entry does not infringe on any third party copyright not related to Intel; and (C)your entry complies with all the requirements listed in point 4
- Intel reserves the right to remove and disqualify any offensive, crude or demeaning photographs and captions that do not meet the outlined Terms and Conditions
- Entrants can enter the competition as many times as they like
- One winner will be chosen at Intel’s discretion, according to what they deem the best entry. The decisions are final and no negotiations will be entered into
- The prize is a Lenovo Yoga 300 2 in 1 device. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted with a cash alternative
- The winner will be notified on 06 January 2016 on either Facebook or Twitter. Failure to respond within five days of notification will mean you forfeit your prize. Please note: In order to be contacted directly on Twitter you must follow the @IntelWestAfrica Twitter handle
- Intel reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this prize draw and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Intel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time
- Intel cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Participants in this competition agree that Intel will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this competition. The foregoing shall apply in the event your data is not received or lost by Intel. Nothing in this clause shall limit Intel’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud. The provisions of this Section shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. You are providing your information to Intel, not Facebook nor Twitter. By entering the competition, all participants agree to give Facebook and Twitter a complete release from any and all legal liability in connection with the competition.
