- Each day’s lucky draw is valid on purchases made using the Konga Mobile App on that day.
- At the end of the day, a lucky draw will be conducted based on unique email addresses of users who have shopped using the Konga Mobile App during that day.
- 1 lucky winner will be each be issued a Konga e-Gift Voucher worth N25,000
- The winners will be announced via email & Facebook within 7 working days of their purchase date.
- The gift voucher can ONLY be used to purchase products listed on Konga
- The gift vouchers will have a validity of one year from the date of issue.
- In case the customer returns the product on the basis of which they were eligible for the lucky draw, the offer is deemed invalid. In case a product is returned post disbursal of the e-Gift Voucher, the voucher will be void.
- The lucky draw is conducted at the sole discretion of Konga. In case of any disputes, the final decision will rest with Konga.
- Konga shall not be, in anyway, responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.
