Instructions on how to redeem and claim the prizes for the promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this offer is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Legend Real Deal Promo (the Promo) is open only to Nigerian citizens aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Nigerian Breweries Plc (“NB Plc”), partner agencies and suppliers associated with this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promo or claim any of the prizes.
- The Promo offer opens on 07/04/17 and closes at 11.59 pm Local Time on 07/06/14 (“Offer Period”).
- The Promo is a National Lucky-Bottle-Top-Offer (LBTO), an instant gift approach with two (2) categories of crown corks, one (1) of which is the winning crown cork viz:

Non-Instant crown corks prizes – with the brand theme message of ‘Real Deal’ - To be eligible, consumers must purchase a bottle of Legend Extra Stout (33cl or 60cl) from any bar in Nigeria during the Offer Period.
- Claiming and redemption of prizes for the various categories of crown corks must be conducted as described below:
Instant prizes – Airtime Recharge
Prizes will be redeemed electronically (via SMS). The airtime crown cork will have differentiated codes underneath which will be clearly marked AIRTIME. Consumers are expected to send the codes via SMS to a designated short code (31077) to have their phones recharged/credited. Prizes to be won are 1,500,000 units of N200 airtime each on any of the following mobile telecommunications networks viz MTN, Airtel, Glo and Etisalat.
Shopping SpreeTo participate in the Shopping Spree, consumers are to look out for the potential winning crown cork with ‘Dubai Draw Entry’ and a unique code.
The consumers must enter a raffle draw by sending the alpha-numeric code to a short code 31077 for online entry to participate in a regional raffle draw. The text message is N10.
The consumers can also register their entry crown at any of the Real Experience raffle draw events close to them. NB reserves the right to determine the section of the shop (i.e. Real Deal Area) where the shoppers can shop and the consumers selected through the raffle draw will shop only in the defined ”Real Deal Area’’ within the specified shopping mall in Dubai.
Only items successfully placed in the shopping trolley will be paid for.
The Shopping Spree Prize is set to a maximum limit of N1 Million Naira for each participant.
Actual prizes may differ in certain details from those illustrated in the Promo’s publicity materials.
The consumers that emerge winners at the raffle draw must present their crown corks with the winning codes and means of identification to prove eligibility.
The consumers that emerge winners at the raffle draw but who are not present at the event shall be contacted by phone immediately at the draw venue. If they cannot be reached or if they are expressly uninterested, they will be disqualified and NB reserves the right to replace them. - NB reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of all claims (including a identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any consumer/participant found to have submitted a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or that tampers with the claim process. Failure by NB to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries shall be invalid.
- Redeemed prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- If the prize presentation or delivery mechanics, including SMS/text entries is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of NB, NB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, NB (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (b) any entry that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the NB) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) any variation in gift value to that identified in all communication materials; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner; or (e) use of a prizes.
- Personal information including photographs of participants may be collected during the Promo and may, for this purpose, be disclosed to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to Nigerian regulatory authorities. NB may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research

Have opened crown cork of Airtime more than six times now. Whenever i send the code to 31077,all i got is invalid information that i should send my name, age & location.
