Once a week for the next month, two winners will be selected every week to win N50,000 and 3 trays of your favorite beer 33 export.for you and your buddies.
33 COMEDY CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS .
By entering any online competition by 33Export Lager Beer, you agree to the terms and
conditions clearly outlined below:
- The competition is open to Nigerians that are present residing in the country and are 18years and above. The directors, members, partners, employees or agents of, or consultants of Nigerian Breweries Plc (“NB Plc”) or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by NB Plc or a supplier of goods or services in connection with this promotion or the relatives and/or family members of the employees and family members of the respective advertising and promotional agencies, media and PR agencies, consultants, directors, associates and trading partners of such organisations and persons are all exempted from this competition.
- There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- Entry information for the competition is clearly shown on 33Export’s Social Media accounts
via @33exportNigeria on Instagram, 33Exportlager on Facebook page and @33ExportNigeria on
Twitter. - Maximum of one (1) entry will be submitted per competitor each week and four (4) throughout the competition. i.e. Maximum of four (4) entries alone for a competitor will be considered throughout the competition.
- The Competition will commence on the 26th of June and closing date for entry will be on 23rd of July 2020. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- NB Plc shall bear no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason before the stipulated deadline and such entries stands disqualified.

conditions listed herein without notice especially in case of any actual or anticipated breach of
any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of NB Plc’s control. Any change to the
competition will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible by 33 Export via Social Media
platforms (@33exportNigeria on Instagram, 33Exportlager on Facebook page and @33ExportNigeria
on Twitter). - NB Plc is not responsible for any inaccurate or misrepresented prize details supplied to any competitor by any third party connected to this competition.
- The prize is Fifty thousand naira (N50,000) and three (3) trays of 33 cans for each winner.
a)Two (2) winners will be selected weekly from 26th of June to 23rd of July 2020 and receive
a prize of Fifty thousand naira (N50,000) and three (3) trays of 33 cans for each winner.
b)The prize is as stated above and other alternatives may be offered.
c)The prize is not transferable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item.
d)The Prize is subject to availability and 33Export reserve the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent value without giving notice.
11.Winners will be chosen and announced via its Social Media pages (@33Exportnigeria on Instagram, 33Export Nigeria on Facebook and @33Exportnigeria on Twitter). - Winners will be notified weekly throughout the duration of the competition.
- Winners will be notified via Direct Message on where and when the prize can be redeemed through its Social Media pages (@33Exportnigeriaon Instagram, 33Export Nigeria on Facebook and @33Exportnigeriaon Twitter).
- NB Plc reserves the right to withdraw the prize from any winner that cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts or does not claim the prize within six (72) hours of notification and pick another person as a replacement.
- NB Plc’s decision in respect to all matters regarding the competition especially in picking the winners shall be final and it shall not be obliged to provide any reason whatsoever.
- By participating in this competition, each competitor hereby consents to the terms of the NB’s Privacy Policy available here. The competitors also agree to the processing of his or her
personal information in accordance with extant data protection legislation in Nigeria and to the
use of such personal information for the purpose of future communications from NB Plc to the
competitor, provided that the competitor shall be entitled at any time to opt out of such communications.
