The lottery will be played on the platform of all Mobile Networks including AIRTEL, ETISALAT, GLO, MTN and VISAFONE, thus making it the first time ever in Nigeria that a promo will run on all networks concurrently. OK. So I played and I won a smartphone. Got a call that since I was in another state, it would cost 5,500 naira to courier the phone to me. Asked what model of phone it was and was told it was a high end tecno smartphone, took some convincing by the rep that it was worth it. Ok, so fingers crossed I made the transfer, after 2 weeks no reply. After calls back and forth I was told to go to Chisco and pick up the phone. I picked up the phone and it turned out to be a tecno H5 which cost just over 10,000 naira same as the total cost of all my running around and calls. Actual delivery price was 1,500 naira, so Centenary lottery charged me a premium (4,000 naira extra) for delivery.
My big question now is this, how much would they use to deliver a keke napep to someone not in the state? Would you still have to go to Chisco to collect the Keke Napep?
After sending QP to 35777, I got two text messages. One told me to send WIN to 35777. I don't understand.
