  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  Participation in the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Regardless of the outcome of the short-list, for the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament, Seven Up Bottling Company and  Mastersports International Ltd herein after called Pepsi Street Cup Tournament reserves the right to use any of the teams or applicant’s details, information, photographs, video and related materials for publicity and broadcast.
• Mastersports/SBC shall retain the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament application forms of all the team members for future use when necessary.
• Participation in Pepsi Street Cup Tournament implies that the player and manager (player and manager herein after called “Participant”) acknowledge and confirm the following namely:-
• Participant is a Nigerian & Non-Nigerian, Healthy and is not registered or participated in any of the Professional and amateur leagues organized by the Nigerian football Federation and the Nigerian Professional league board.
• Participant is of the male gender.
• Only registered individuals and/or teams will be allowed to play in each region.
• Use of registered club name is prohibited.
• Participants are expected to bring the following to match venues:

•  Participation in Day 2 is based on the previous day’s performance. In other words, the participants must have won  their previous match.
• Participants makes provision for playing kits (shirt, short, socks, shin guards, boots) and any other training material allowed by FIFA laws on Five Aside.

• Participants will abide strictly by the competition rules and conditions of participation all of which will be made available to the team upon registration.
• Participant must be of good conduct throughout the duration of the competition and must take whatever grievance he may have to the organizers first before resorting to litigation.
• Participant does not have any conflicting legal obligation that will adversely affect his participation in the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament
• Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in these terms and conditions (hereinafter called “this Document”).

• Upon selection, participant in the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament shall be subject to observance of these terms and conditions.
• The decision of Mastersports/SBC in relation to the selection of the teams shall be final and no reasons shall be adduced for such decisions.
• Participants shall not hold Mastersports/SBC liable for any damage(s) or loss arising from application or participation in the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament. This shall include, But not be limited to, damage or injury arising as a result of travel, illness, accident, loss or theft of property whilst registering and/or participating in the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament
• Participant is aware that Mastersports/SBC officials will screen the information supplied as applicant in the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament
• Participant has answered all the questions on the entry forms on the official website fully,honestly, accurately and confirms that he has not, in any way or manner, misled Mastersports/SBC.
• Participant has registered his club and team mates based on their individual and written consent.
• Participation in the competition will be recorded and participant hereby consents to the use of recording by Mastersports/SBC at its absolute discretion.
• Participant hereby assigns to Mastersports/SBC the entire copyright and all other rights that may Accrue from image, photograph, and detail information with respect to Pepsi Street Cup Tournament in the marketing or projection of its project.
• If participant or any member of the team is shortlisted, Mastersports/SBC is hereby authorized to conduct background checks in order to verify the authenticity of any or all of the information we have supplied.
• Participant is aware of the physical difficulties, challenges and hazards involved in participating in the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament and no claim or liability of whatever nature shall arise against Mastersports/SBC, whether jointly or severally should participant suffer any injury or death as a result of such physical difficulties, challenges and hazards.
• Participant is bound to disclose any ailment, which is within their exclusive knowledge to Mastersports/SBC before the actual commencement of the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament, failure of which may cause an automatic disqualification and/ or withdrawal from the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament. Mastersports/SBC shall not be held liable for any illness or death arising from Non-disclosure of any such ailment.

• Participant and/or every member of the club or team shall be disqualified automatically if any member of the team is:

• Notwithstanding being selected as participant, Mastersports/SBC has no obligation to produce the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament, and even if the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament is produced, there shall be no obligation of any broadcaster to broadcast it.
• Mastersports/SBC possesses the sole right of production of the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament.
• Only the best 3 teams will be rewarded in the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament. Their reward is as follows:                 1st prize-   500,000, 2nd prize- 250,000 & 3rd prize- 150,000
• The reward will be made available at the end of the competition and will be handed over to the Leader of the team/ manager.
• In the absence of any other agreement, these terms and conditions including the information contained in the entry form and in the reference form, represent the entire contract between the participant and Mastersports Int’l Ltd/SBC, and super cedes all previous oral  or written communications.
• This contract will automatically be terminated if a participant or team is not selected in thePepsi Street Cup Tournament. This contract will also be automatically terminated if a Team  fails to qualify for the next match in the Pepsi Street Cup Tournament. No claim or liability of whatever nature shall arise as a result of su8ch disqualification against  Mastersports/SBC, whether jointly or severally.
• Participants have unfettered discretion to seek personal legal advice before agreeing to  these terms and conditions.
