Jubril who loves reading and playing Chess game, received a notification on Airtel Insurance on his phone last year on 15th October, 2014 and thereafter decided to enrol.
On January 3RD January, 2015, Jubril came down with a serious cold and went to the hospital where he was diagnosed with Malaria Fever. He was then placed on admission in the hospital for five days and was discharged on 8th January, 2015.
Jubril some days after his discharge from the hospital suddenly remembered that some time last year he had enrolled on the Airtel Insurance Scheme and he was further prompted by the Claims qualification message for month of January which he received whilst he was on admission.
He then decided to call Airtel Customer Service to get further clarification the received message and to his surprise he was asked to provide his document to request for his claim. Furthermore, Jubril who paid N47, 000 for his hospital bill remembered a colleague of his had once told him that he also registered on Airtel Insurance and was paid his benefits sometime back when he was discharged from the hospital. He decided to explore it too.
On submission of the required document at the Airtel showroom at Alaba international was called within a few days after to notify him that his cheque of N50, 000 was ready for pick-up. Jubril in an elated state, implored all other Telco’s to imitate this laudable and selflessFree Insurance Scheme. Jubril applauded Airtel, MicroEnsure and Cornerstone for doing a wonderful job. He also added that the Customer Service team at Airtel is also worthy of commendation.
Jubril who intends to invest his benefit money also disclosed that Airtel is always a giver as he had previously won a Tablet from Airtel in the past. This is his second time of benefiting from Airtel Loyalty and Customer centricity products.
Whilst expressing his extreme joy, Jubril promised to preach the Airtel Insurance good news everywhere and anywhere.
