#STARTIMES OPENWEEK CHALLENGE.

StarTimes Open Week Challenge Terms & Conditions

1. The Open Week Challenge is a promotional campaign solely for StarTimes.

2. All entrants must be Nigerian and must be aged 17 years and above.

3. Maximum of 1 entry per person – per contest. Bulk and/or third party entries will be nullified

4. All entries must have a valid email address and phone number.

5. All entrants if successful will receive a confirmation either by email, text or as applicable upon successful upload of entry. Please confirm your entries in the email sent to your inbox or spam.

6. Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.

7. Entries must be the original photos of the entrant and not someone else. Entries must not contain anything defamatory, obscene, illegal or otherwise inappropriate as may be deemed by the Promoter (StarTimes).

8. Entrants will retain copyright in their submitted entries, however, by entering, all entrants licence StarTimes free perpetual licence to, publish and use each entry in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes relating to this competition.

9. StarTimes is under no obligation to publish any entries. Please note that any publication of an entry does not mean that entrant has won a prize, unless otherwise

10. Unless otherwise specified, the winner(s) will be picked according to a raffle draw process from all entries received before the closing date. Winners will be notified within 28 days after the closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, StarTimes reserves the right to re-draw another winner from another raffle draw correct entries that were received before the closing date.

11.Emerging winner gets a StarTimes Decoder and 3Months free subscription or respective value in the competition/activities

12. Challenge entry will start on 28th at midnight on Sunday 16st

13. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, winning entrants agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Competition, including but not limited to having their names and pictures published with their entries.

14. Where relevant, no cash alternative will be given to any finalist in whole or in part.

15. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will be deemed as invalid. Where a competition involves a raffle draw process; offering or receiving any incentive for eligibility is not permitted and will invalidate the participant , and may disqualify the recipient of the draw.

16. StarTimes reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violation of any of these terms and conditions.

17. StarTimes reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on StarTimes Nigeria official and other social media assets owned October 2014 and entry for the competition closes November 2014 (the “Closing Date”)

18.There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

19.Afmobi/Palmchat the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.

20.Afmobi/Palmchat reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
