Rules for participating ONLINE
STEP 1 – Shoot a video of yourself either planking or squatting.
STEP 2 – Challenge 8 of your friends to beat your record.
STEP 3 – Upload on Facebook underpinned post or on Instagram and Twitter with the hashtag #CaptureYourLegend. Tag and follow TECNOMobileNG on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to make your entry valid.
Rules for participating OFFLINE
STEP 1 – Enter into any authorized TECNO outlet
STEP – Tell a Sales Rep/Promoter you want to participate in the SuperZoom #CaptureYourLegend challenge.
STEP – Plank or Squat for as long as you can; the promoter will monitor this to see the actual time you did.
STEP 4– Upload a picture/video of you holding a placard with your record time on Facebook underpinned post or on Instagram and Twitter with the hashtag #CaptureYourLegend. Tag and follow TECNOMobileNG on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to make your entry valid.
Rules for participating OFFLINE as a Passers-by
STEP 1 -When you see a person participating offline as described above, take a picture of the activity in the STORE and upload online.
STEP 2– Upload the picture on Facebook underpinned post or on Instagram and Twitter with the hashtag #CaptureYourLegend stating that you captured the activity mentioning the location. Tag and follow TECNOMobileNG on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to make your entry valid.

Online Activity
By participating in any of our competitions, entrants agree to be bound by the rules set out below (which may be amended or varied at any time without notice).
The responsibility is on participants to acquaint themselves periodically with the rules/terms.
a) #CaptureYourLegend Super Zoom Online Activity is open to everyone who is a legal citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
b) Participants are required to shoot and upload a video of themselves planking or squatting, participants will challenge 8 friends or family members to beat or zoom their record after which video would now be uploaded under the pinned post on our Facebook page. Participants can also participate by posting an entry on Instagram or Twitter.Every week, 5 top record breakers will be rewarded with goody bags from both the online and offline activity. At the end of the competition, top 8 record breakers (4 online and 4 from offline) will be rewarded with brand new Phantom 8 devices each.
c) For every Entry, participants agree that they are the original owner of the picture or video uploaded and shall indemnify Tecno Mobile Nigeria for any claim by any third party arising from their entry.
d) This activity commences on November 1st, 2017 and closes on November 25th, 2017. All entries must be completed no later than11:59 pm on November 25th, 2017. No entry received after this time will be considered.
e) Tecno Mobile Nigeria reserves the right to select winners and disqualify erring participants.
f) Winners must possess a valid form of identification which includes, but not limited to, International Passport (compulsory for prizes involving international travel), Drivers’ License, and the National ID card.
g) Winners agree to co-operate with Tecno Mobile Nigeria in any post-event publicity where they may be required to appear on television or radio, or in printed and online publications, for which no fee will be payable.
h) Tecno Mobile Nigeria will not divulge the database of entries received to any 3rd party except in litigation.
i) Tecno Mobile Nigeria reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any part of an entry and participant (including a participant’s identity, age and place of residence, authenticity of activity) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Tecno Mobile Nigeria to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
j) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law and except as stated in these Terms and Conditions, Tecno Mobile Nigeria (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity).
k) Employees of Tecno Mobile Nigeria online (or any of its group companies or affiliates/sponsors), or anyone associated with this cause cannot participate in this activity.
