HOW TO ENTER
Simply look out for the Three Crowns Milk video going up every Monday and Wednesdays on Instagram. Do your own routine and upload online.
RULES
1. Follow our Instagram account @3crownsmilk and watch out for fun routines shared on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
2. Make a video of yourself doing the same routine, post on your Instagram page and Tag @3crownsmilk with the Hashtag #FitInEveryMoment. The Earlier you share your routines the better.
3. Every Participant gets a free Airtime worth N1000
4. Working out alone is fine but working out with a partner and getting friends to comment increases the quantity of gift you will get.
5. Don’t forget to get your friends to drop a word of encouragement on your entry.
