More than a century, Maggi brand has created thousands of jobs, empowered thousands of farmers and fed families in their millions. These are the reasons that made me love the brand and thank you for always having the minds of people at heart.
Now, my answer,
The Maggi variant on my list always is ” Maggi cube (Star Seasoning)”
Reason,
MAGGI Noodles is fortified with Vitamin A, Iron, and Iodine.
1- Vitamin A deficiency can cause night-blindness and hindered growth.
Reason -According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), Vitamin A deficiency is the leading source of preventable blindness in children and night blindness in pregnant women. For this reason, sugar is in the makeup of Maggi, as a good source of vitamin A, which helps in tackling these two classes of blindness.
2- Iron deficiency can cause anemia.
Reason- Your body can’t produce enough of a substance in red blood cells that enables them to carry oxygen (hemoglobin). as a result iron deficiency ,anemia may leave you tired and short of breath. Small changes to food production can have a significant impact in the case of iron deficiency.
3- Iodine deficiency can cause goiter disease and mental growth hindrance.Â
Reason- Lack of iodine is the major cause of preventable brain damage, and severe iodine deficiency during pregnancy has the capacity to lead to mental retardation of infant or miscarriage, which is predominant in third world countries.
In tackling this menace in line with WHO standards, int I found out that Maggi has and an iodine-fortified Maggi brands, a good percentage of the recommended daily allowance of Iron and iodine.
Maggi has a lot of glutamic acid in it which makes things taste richer and meatier, the process include our good friend monosodium glutamate, or even a lesser-known enhancer called disodium guanylane that also packs in a serious flavor boost.Â

Maggi appears to be the best cube for cooking. I started going for shopping to buy food stuffs for my self for the first time when I entered school. For over six years now it has been Maggi. I tested some other cubes only to find out that Maggi star seasoning brings out the true test of food, it contains an exceptional teaste quality, indeed it contains an existing ingredients.
