Your entry into the competition and/or your acceptance of the prize (in the even that you win a prize) constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2 This competition is open between 1 February 2014 and 31 March 2014 (“Competition Period”).
3 The competition is open only to persons who are citizens of, or residents in Botswana, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
4 This competition is only open to:
a. DStv subscribers who upgrade their subscription to DStv Premium and remain active Premium subscribers for the Competition Period (regardless of the type of decoder); or
b. DStv subscribers who purchase a DStv Explora, activate DStv Compact, Compact Plus or Premium on the Explora and remain active subscribers for the Competition Period; and
c. DStv Premium Subscribers who remain active for the Competition Period.
5 The prize is a trip to Disneyland Paris for 7 days for 2 adults and 2 children. The prize includes:
a. flights to and from Paris in July 2014;
b. accommodation in Paris in an establishment of MultiChoice’s choice in 2 x Standard Twin Room;
c. meals for 4 people for the duration of the trip;
d. transfers to and from the airport in your country and in Paris as well as transport to all scheduled activities in Paris; and
e. spending money in the amount of US$3000 (three thousand United States Dollars) for 4 people in the form of travellers’ cheques or cash; and
f. airport taxes and reasonable VISA costs (as determined by MultiChoice).
6 The prize excludes personal expenses and travel insurance and any items not expressly specified as being part of the prize.
7 The competition closes at 23:59 on 31 March 2014.
