Last weekend, the usually quiet New Oko Oba area in Lagos was filled with shrills of delight, as a team from eTranzact, Heritage Bank and Konga delivered a 200kg cow to the household of Mr.Otaru Sadiq, a winner in the “Cow, Turkey, Everything Goes Mobile” promo powered by Africa’s leading provider of Mobile Banking and payment services, eTranzact International PLC.
Greeting the team with his wife, the winner, Mr.Sadiq, a customer of Heritage Bank expressed his delight at being recognized as a winner and shared his customer journey from visiting physical branches to enjoying the benefits of Heritage Mobile powered by eTranzact.
The eTranzact team, led by Yemi Opene, Head, Brand and Media and Mark Duru, Mobile Banking was accompanied by a Heritage Bank team led by the Group Head, Apapa/Ikeja Region, Betty Eriyo, Team lead, Virtual Banking, OluwaseyiIjaola and Abimbola Feshintan, Product Manager, USSD/Mobile Banking.
