The United States of American Embassy is conducting an auction sale of vehicle, appliances, computer equipment and furniture as follows:
AUCTION VENUE: Plot 981 Olusegun Obasanjo Way, Central Area, Abuja.
DATE: 6TH February, 2013.
TIME: 9:00AM TO 4:00PM
The lots for auction was available for inspection on 4th and 5th of February, 2013.
GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS:
Payments can be made in any of the following ways: Cash, Debit Card from UBA or from any bank on the inter-switch network.
Full payment shall be made immediately after winning the bid or the item will be re-bid.
CUSTOMERS NOTE
Cash payments will attract a charge of N200, while using a debit card will attract a charge of 1.25% of the cost of the item bided.
All lots are sold “AS IS” with no declaration made of serviceability.
THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS, AND REFUNDS MADE. Nigerian Customs Authority will collect duty for each lot entitled to. Buyers shall bear full responsibility for payment of customs duty. No item shall be released to the buyer without proof from customs.
