The Promotion will run between 07:00:01 pm (Nigerian Time) on 11th March, 2014 to 11:59 pm (Nigerian Time) on 17th of March, 2014.
1. Open to all persons who are resident in Nigeria and aged above the legal limit for alcohol consumption in Nigeria (18+ proof of age may be requested), except employees of the Promoters, their families and anyone professionally involved with this Promotion and employees of Guinness Nigeria and Diageo Brands Nigeria.
2. To enter the competition, a Participant must; Visit the Guinness VIP Facebook page (www.facebook.com/GuinnessVIP) and drop their entry of a Guinness selfie (a picture of a user with a bottle/can of Guinness) in the comments section of the Guinness Selfie competition post. Guinness VIP will select the best entries at their own discretion and feature selected entries on the page for users to vote by clicking the like link under each featured entry, The entry win the most votes (likes) wins a Samsung GalaxyS4 Phone and will be tagged The St Patrick’s Day Fan while first and second runners up get N5000 airtime each.
3. The act of submitting a Guinness Selfie serves as an entry into the competition. Each individual is allowed one entry only per competition post. Winners must respond and claim their prizes within 48 hours of such notification via Facebook inbox message failure to redeem the prizes within the time frame amount to forfeiture of the prize.
4. The winners are required to provide a valid proof of identification in form of National I.D card, Drivers Licence, National Passport or Certified work or University Student I.D Card.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
6. The Promoter also reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
7. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion or failure of entries being submitted in event of difficulties with the network providers who are independent agencies.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of like value at any time and for any reason.

13. Neither Guinness Nigeria, any other companies in the Diageo Group or any of their respective advertising, media and PR agencies, nor their trading partners shall be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or costs, howsoever arising, suffered by any Participant in this Promotion.
14. The Promoter shall also not be responsible for any difficulty in the delivery of the airtime to the Participant outside the stipulated time.
15. This promotion and these terms are governed by Nigerian Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian Courts.
