#PULSESTUDENTPOETRY SEASON 4. WIN A LAPTOP

#PulseStudentPoetry Prize Season4 is on. This is another opportunity to win a laptop.
In Student Pulse’s #PulseStudentPoetrycontest, one poet will win a Lenovo laptop with a simple 8-line poetic expression every month.
Season3 was won by Antoni Chideraa student of theUniversity of Benin (UNIBEN), who polled a combined 40447votes for his poem YOU HAVE MY HEART’ .
Antoni, a 300 levels student of the Department of Foreign Languages at UNIBEN, is now the reigning King of Bards …and he did this by writing an 8-line poem.
If you write poetry and you are a student, then you too can win a laptop with just 8 lines of poetry.
Just make sure you observe the following rules:

  1. Write an 8 line poem about anything: Religion, Terrorism, Politics, God, Love Environment, something that bothers you, your idol, School, Parents …just about anything.
  2. Follow @PulseNigeria247 on Twitter/Instagram and Like us on Facebook.
  3. Submit your poem Here
  4. Ask your friends to LIKE, SHARE and/or COMMENT on thePOEM. They are the judges and comments/likes will be allowed until Wednesday July 16 when ROUND 1 will end and a shortlist of 5 poems will be announced..
  5. Between July 16 and July 18, the 5 most popular poems will published on our website after  which ROUND 2 of voting will begin in form of COMMENTS, SHARES, LIKES and RETWEETS.
  6. TWEET/SHARE the link to your POEM when it is published. Remember to mention @PulseNigeria247 and add#PulseStudentPoetry, because only tweets with that # TAGwill be counted.
  7. IMPORTANT RULE: One PERSON is entitled to one COMMENT and the POET should not say ‘THANK YOU’ for every single COMMENT. Just like their comment to show your appreciation.
  8. The poet with the highest number of combined comments, Likes, Tweets, Retweets on our website, Facebook Page, Twitter and Instagram, by Friday July 25 wins.
Our winner for July will get his/her laptop by July 31.
NOTE: Students Pulse reserves the right to DISQUALIFY a poem/poet for a number of reasons including but not limited toCOMPLIANCEQUALITY and ORIGINALITY.
The laptops are a donation by Ringier AG of Switzerland, of which Ringier Nigeria is a subsidiary, to the Nigerian student community.
Ringier AG is not involved in the choice of student beneficiaries.
They are fairly chosen openly by vote counts by representatives of Ringier Nigeria.
