To participate in the Promotion, participants will be required to do the following:
1. Participants shall purchase the promotion pack of Top Tea Box Pack.
2. Participants get an inspirational quote card and also stand a chance of winning airtime on some of the cards.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to the above-mentioned Promotion.
1. The Promotion is organized by Promasidor Nigeria Limited and it is managed and executed by Promasidor … (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizers”).
2. The Promotion will run from 25th August 2020 to 25th November 2020 subject to extension at the discretion of the Organizers.
3. By participating in the Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are subject to the exclusive interpretation of the Organizers, whose decision regarding any dispute shall be final and binding.
4. Any alteration to the terms and conditions and or any development relating to the Promotion shall be deemed to have been sufficiently communicated to the participants, by the Organizers by publishing such notice on this platform.
5. Entry is open to residents and citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria except for employees of the Organizers and immediate members of their families.
6. Only individuals of the age of 18 and above are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
7. Inspirational gift cards will be won by participants while participants can also win recharge cards.
8. The Promotion is open to the eligible participants with a duly registered mobile phone SIM with any of the network providers in Nigeria namely MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9Mobile.
9. Each participant can participate in the Promotion without any limit to the number of times, provided that such purchases are made during the pendency of the Promotion, also as long as the promotional pack is available in the trade and the participants do not use any unauthorized tools for the participation.
10. To participate in the Promotion, participants will be required to do the following:

11. The prizes to be won are limited solely to those herein stated. The Organizers shall not offer any other prize and no compensation and or gift shall be given to any participant in any manner and for any reason whatsoever.

13. The prizes to be won are not transferable to another individual and no other alternative(s) will be offered, unless otherwise explicitly stated by the Organizers in writing. The Organizers do not guarantee the appropriateness or suitability or fitness of any prize, in particular not in relation to a participant’s personal sensitivities including but not limited to medical, religious or age.
14. The winners shall bear all and any costs, taxes, duties, contributions and similar expenses that may arise in connection with the prize(s) won.
15. The decision of the Organizers in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and no further correspondence will be entered into with any participant.
16. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), these terms and conditions shall prevail.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
18. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Terms and conditions and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.

TAKE NOTICE that the Organizers do not require any participant to send, give and or offer money, airtime or any consideration in any manner to any person whatsoever to participate in the Promotion and or qualify for any prize before, during and or after the Promotion. The Organizers shall therefore not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by any person in relation to this Promotion in any manner whatsoever.
